The Lagoon EIGHTY 2 is a 78-foot fiberglass catamaran built around open-water living and ease of access. The beam reaches 36 feet, providing the stability and interior volume the design is known for. Power comes from three diesel engines producing 460 horsepower combined.

The boat emphasizes connection to the water through its design. The aft swim platform extends to roughly 22 square meters when deployed, functioning as both an expansion of the cockpit and a staging point for water activities. The layout accommodates integration of a tender or jet ski, with space and setup intended to support diving and other water pursuits.
