The 2026 Lund 1800 Explorer SS is an aluminum-hulled runabout built around a side console layout, powered by a Mercury Pro XS 115 hp four-stroke outboard. At 18 feet long with a 7'9" beam, the boat combines straightforward design with practical fishing capability. It features wood-free construction and comes equipped with a Shoreland'r galvanized bunk trailer fitted with swing tongue, spare tire, guides, and ratchet tie-downs.

The boat's layout prioritizes storage and functionality. A center rod locker runs 8 feet on top and 7'9" on the bottom, complemented by 8-foot port rod tubes. The cabin floor is finished entirely in vinyl, and a 15-gallon rear livewell measuring 38 inches long supports live bait management. The fuel tank holds 20 gallons.
