The 2026 Marex 310 Sun Cruiser is a 31-foot fiberglass cruiser built for families and groups seeking comfort and openness. The design emphasizes social layout: a combined cockpit and salon with wrap-around seating, dining table, and co-pilot positioning forward. The dining table lowers to convert benches into sunbathing or sleeping surfaces. A large companionway door connects the galley to the cockpit, allowing the galley to remain part of the social space while venting cooking fumes effectively.
The boat accommodates four guests as standard, with room for two additional persons. Two cabins and one head serve the sleeping and sanitary needs. The long platform version extends the forward deck, which includes a lounger with floating mattress. A full teak interior package includes engineered teak woodwork throughout.
The boat is powered by a Volvo Penta D6-440 diesel engine. Power systems include an inverter/charger combination unit rated 12/120V 3000W, six AGM batteries, an extra 95Ah battery, and a diesel generator. Navigation and communication equipment comprise dual 16-inch glass cockpit multifunction displays, a GMR Fantom 18x50 radar with foldable mast, and a VHF 315 with AIS 800 blackbox transceiver. Additional features include a rear-view camera, underwater RGB lights on the transom, Zipwake dynamic trim control, and automatic shore power furler.
Comfort and convenience equipment includes two air conditioners, a diesel-fired heating system, microwave, freezer drawer, dark grey canopy, mosquito nets on all windows, and dimmable mood lighting in wooden rails. Cushioning throughout features sand monument cabin cushions and white Nautilus Marshmallow cockpit cushions. The hull is finished in pebble grey with black bottom paint.
