The 2026 MasterCraft XStar 25 is the flagship wake and surf boat in MasterCraft's lineup—a 25-foot 7-inch platform built on the premium hand-laid Vector Drive Hull. Powered by an Ilmor 6.2L GDI supercharged V8 engine producing 630 horsepower and 665 ft-lb of torque, the XStar 25 carries up to 18 people with an 8,400-pound hull weight and 32-inch draft. The boat holds 86 gallons of fuel and features a class-leading 3,975-pound ballast capacity filled quickly via Fastfill technology. SurfStar wake-shaping produces tournament-grade waves on either side with the flip of a switch, driven by electric-over-hydraulic actuators and tracking fins.

Accommodations center on a cascading yacht-inspired walkthrough layout with a pickle-fork bow featuring ergonomic armrests, a transom walkthrough with lounge seating and backrests, and social table. The cabin runs Coolfeel Beach Tan primary with Alpine White accents and pleats throughout. Standard equipment includes a Z100 Tower with XL surf racks, Bimini, 4-camera visibility system with bow, tower, and dual transom cameras, and a standard stern thruster for joystick-controlled docking. This build adds a refrigerator, cabin heater, heated helm and observer seats, and a bow filler cushion that converts to a sleepable platform.

The XStar Dash features MasterCraft MyDrive control, premium dual-screen display, and a powered helm seat that adjusts in all directions. The 26-speaker MAAX audio system spans seven customizable zones across ten interior speakers, six subwoofers, four tower speakers, and six transom speakers. Lighting includes underwater RGB transom and docking lights, MasterCraft logo projection lighting, and backlit badging. The underwater exhaust system keeps cabin and idle noise refined. The boat rides on a Custom Flake gelcoat in White Flake hull main and wrap accented with Granite Flake, set against a Midnight Black hull bottom and Black Satin badging.
