The Mazarin 55 is a new-generation sailing catamaran designed by iYacht GMBH, measuring 54.79 feet with a beam of 27.69 feet. The design prioritizes reduced weight and a lower center of gravity through a streamlined profile, longer boom positioned lower, and lightweight GRP flybridge with hardtop. The hull is fiberglass construction. The sailplan features increased sail area and a lengthened bowsprit, with easier access to both electric and manual winches. Two 160 hp Yammer diesel shaft drives power the yacht to a maximum speed of 10 knots with a cruising speed of 8 knots; a 170 hp Yammer option is available for higher performance.
The 2026 model offers flexible cabin configurations ranging from three to five cabins, with five heads throughout. Interior layouts adapt to owner requirements, including galley-down and charter-specific arrangements. The flybridge provides an expanded footprint for entertaining and relaxation.
Standard equipment includes a 12 kVA generator, enhanced air conditioning capacity, a 5 kW inverter, and lightning protection. Optional reinforcements are available, including Kevlar-reinforced hull, carbon-strengthened frame, and bulkheads. A fixed aft-deck extension can be fitted for tender stowage or additional cockpit space. Optional systems include solar power up to 3.1 kW and lithium battery capacity up to 30 kWh. A hydraulic tender platform by Tenderlift France is also available as an option.
