The MJM 47 R is a 47-foot composite Downeast cruiser built for comfortable overnighting and extended cruising in coastal and offshore conditions. The boat combines MJM's signature stability and handling with a modern pilothouse design that balances weather protection and open-air appeal. Powered by a choice of twin Mercury Verado V12 600 HP outboards or Volvo D6 440 HP diesels with DPI drives, the 47 R achieves speeds over 50 mph and offers either outboard convenience or inboard sterndrive performance.

The layout centers on a galley-up social design with an indoor/outdoor pilothouse featuring glass helms and premium finishes. Dual Garmin navigation systems, joystick docking control with autopilot and stabilization features, and multi-zone air conditioning with reverse cycle heat support extended time aboard.

Below deck, the single cabin provides sleeping accommodations alongside full head facilities with a separate shower and generous storage. High-gloss teak accents and Ultraleather upholstery throughout reflect the refined interior styling. A diesel generator provides onboard power, and exterior seating covers and seven standard hull color options complete the package.
