The 2026 Monterey Elite 27 OB is a 30-foot fiberglass center console built for comfort and functionality on the water. The boat features a single gasoline engine and an 8-foot beam, with an open layout centered around a spacious cockpit and helm station. A fiberglass hardtop with electrically folding canopy and integrated RGB lighting provides sun and weather protection over the seating area.

The helm includes a Simrad 15-inch GPS/chart plotter with B60 transducer, power-assisted steering with tilt, and a leather-wrapped wheel. The cockpit is equipped with a Fusion Apollo sound system featuring four 6.5-inch speakers, a 10-inch subwoofer, and remote controls at bow and stern. Seating comprises port and starboard helm chairs with swivel bases and fold-down armrests, forward bow seating, and an aft sunpad with articulating backrests and reversible port backrest.

Storage is distributed throughout: in-floor cockpit lockers, helm accessory storage, and compartments integrated into the aft sunpad.
