The 2026 Nautitech 40 Open is a fiberglass catamaran designed to balance cruising comfort with sailing performance. At 40 feet in length with a 22.58-foot beam, the boat accommodates up to 8 people and pairs two Volvo Penta diesel engines of 60 horsepower each.
The open design integrates the deck, cockpit, and saloon on a single level, creating an airy, unified living space filled with natural light. The layout emphasizes volume and comfort throughout, with forward and aft glazing that opens the interior to views. The deck features black GRP davits, black balconies and stanchions, Goïot cleats, a magic hatch, and a GRP bow sprit. The windshield employs flush glazing, while upgraded running rigging supports the sail plan.
The standard build includes a black lacquered mast and boom, a white lacquered forward crossbeam with black cathedral, and a covered martingale. Trampoline nets and black Triak helm wheels complete the rig and controls. The sporty hull decoration and cohesive black accent package extend the design language established in Nautitech's larger Open models.
