2026 Nimbus Commuter 9

The 2026 Nimbus Commuter 9 is a 30-foot fiberglass cruiser built for year-round commuting, day trips, or overnight cruising. Powered by a single 350 hp Mercury engine, it cruises at 30 knots. This new X-Edition model comes equipped with air conditioning.

The interior centres on a forward cabin with a double berth, separate head, and kitchenette. The expansive cockpit dominates the boat's design, featuring a large sliding glass roof hatch that floods the space with natural light. Four swiveling dining chairs occupy the main seating area, while a convertible passenger sofa can serve as an extra bed for two children or one adult. The helm position is compact and modern, accommodating two people, with provision for single or twin 12-inch chart plotters.

Topside, a large foredeck hatch provides cabin access and can incorporate an optional daybed that seats four. An electronically opening canvas canopy is available as an alternative to the standard glass roof, allowing flexible control of shade and ventilation. The aft deck provides additional seating via a wide sofa with integrated stowage. This design reflects contemporary Scandinavian construction principles, emphasizing practical layouts and thoughtful functionality throughout.
