The Nimbus Tender 12 is a 40-foot fiberglass runabout built around a stepped hull design that balances efficiency with high-speed capability. The sharp bow cuts cleanly through waves while generous flare provides spray protection and a drier ride. A single Mercury Verado 300 hp gasoline engine delivers speeds up to 40 knots, with comfortable cruising available from 20 knots upward thanks to the low planning threshold.

The layout prioritizes social gathering and relaxation. A large lounge area features adjustable seating and dining configurations, multiple sun beds, and an outdoor galley for entertaining. Gyro stabilization smooths the ride, while extensive deck space offers freedom of movement and room to move between gathering areas.

Storage is generous throughout, with dedicated space for gear and water toys. A single head is provided. The boat is equipped with trim tabs and joystick control for ease of maneuvering.
