The Nimbus Weekender 11 is a 40-foot fiberglass cruiser built around Scandinavian design principles and engineered for weekend getaways and longer voyages. Two 600-horsepower Mercury diesel engines drive the boat to a cruising speed of 34.76 knots. The signature Nimbus sidewalk design maximizes interior space while allowing safe movement across the deck, and the hull's generous 11.33-foot beam contributes to its sense of openness and stability.

The layout prioritizes social spaces and entertaining. Multiple large seating areas forward and aft accommodate gatherings, and the boat includes folding side balconies that expand deck space when anchored. An optional hydraulic swim platform extends aft of the engines, bringing swimmers closer to the water. The cockpit seats three and features a large windscreen for protection underway. A targa top comes standard, with an optional electric sunshade available.

Below deck, accommodations include two spacious berths for four overnight guests and a full bathroom with toilet and shower. The interior arrangement supports both relaxation and social activity, with multifunctional seating throughout. The boat is outfitted as an open configuration, allowing flexibility in how the helm and social areas are used.
