The Nordhavn 75 Expedition Yachtfisher combines long-range cruising capability with comprehensive fishing infrastructure. Built on a full displacement fiberglass hull, it carries twin Caterpillar C-18 diesel engines producing 1,430 horsepower combined. The 22-foot beam supports a wide, purpose-built fishing cockpit with dual 60-gallon baitwells, a 35-cubic-foot freezer, extensive rod holders, and abundant storage for gear and tackle. Stabilizers are fitted as standard to provide comfort in rough seas.

The design prioritizes efficiency and range over speed, with fuel consumption of 12 to 15 gallons per hour at cruising speed—substantially lower than conventional sportfishers. The full displacement hull carries significant weight capacity without penalty, allowing owners to load extended provisioning, dive equipment, and other gear for month-long expeditions rather than day trips.
