2026 Northstar Vega 4.2

The Northstar Vega 4.2 is a 13.75-foot rigid inflatable built on a fiberglass hull with a single 50 hp Mercury engine. The design emphasizes versatility and practical functionality, featuring a lightweight construction suited to tender duties and day boating. The hull is engineered for a dry ride, with performance capable of 60 mph at top speed and a cruising speed of 45 mph.

The boat offers useful storage and seating throughout its layout, taking advantage of a wide beam and generously proportioned deck spaces. The design accommodates various configurations and optional equipment, with possibilities for customization including livewells, trolling motor mounts, and T-tops depending on intended use.

Northstar builds the Vega series with CSM (Hypalon) inflatable tubes as standard, chosen for durability and longevity in the tube construction.
