2026 Pathfinder 2500 Hybrid

The 2026 Pathfinder 2500 Hybrid is a 24.75-foot bay boat built with vacuum-infused fiberglass construction, powered by a single Yamaha F300XSB2 outboard engine. The design balances shallow-water capability with offshore performance: the boat drafts just 13.5 inches, planes in water too shallow for typical flats boats, and reaches speeds upwards of 60 mph. Its distinctive layout maximizes space across the 8.5-foot beam, with a notched aft bulkhead and increased cockpit room aft that accommodates comfortable fishing in larger seas while maintaining secure footing.

The boat is equipped for serious fishing. A 45-gallon insulated fishbox, advanced bubbler aeration system, and twin recirculation pumps keep bait and catch fresh. The forward fishbox includes a pump-out with macerator, while a tackle station and rod rack with four rod holders plus two kingfish holders provide organization and accessibility. Fresh water and raw water washdown systems handle cleanup, and a crabwell sits ready aft port.

Navigation and control are handled by a Garmin 12-inch touchscreen with sonar, digital electric steering, and Helm Master EX. Trim tabs with an indicator help manage trim and running attitude. Audio comes from a JL Audio stereo with four white speakers, plus two additional JL Audio speakers mounted to the hardtop. The fiberglass hardtop is finished in matte black powder coating and includes a matte black T-top. Additional hardware includes a jackplate, stainless steel cleats, black rub rail with stainless steel insert, and GEM stainless steel accents.

This boat is brand new and has never been registered. The service department has completed full rigging and a pre-delivery water test, leaving it ready for immediate use.
