2026 Pathfinder 2700 Open

The 2026 Pathfinder 2700 Open is a 27-foot center console designed for serious fishing across all water types—from shallow flats to offshore grounds. Built on a double-stepped VARIS hull, the boat combines a forward casting deck typical of a bay boat with an open cockpit layout. Power comes from a single Yamaha engine rated to 450 horsepower, paired with a factory jackplate and digital electric steering for precise control. A 16-inch Yamaha prop and trim tabs complete the propulsion package.

Storage and live bait capacity define this platform. The boat features nearly 70 gallons of helm seat livewell space plus an additional aquarium-style livewell, three insulated fishboxes with over 120 gallons combined capacity, and rod storage for up to 18 rods. Dedicated dry storage accommodates cast nets, tackle, and other gear. An auxiliary fuel tank adds 31 gallons for extended range. A fresh water washdown and raw water washdown system serve cleaning and fish-handling needs. The boat can be optioned with a head in the console.

Equipment includes a second helm station tower compatible with multiple autopilot systems, outriggers at the upper station, deep-drop reinforcements with additional rod holders and electric reel outlets, and advanced bubbler aeration throughout. Fishbox pumps with macerators handle drainage aft and forward. Navigation and audio systems include Helm Master EX, JL Audio stereo with amplification and speakers at both stations, and black speaker upgrades. The hull is finished in solid color options; the second station features a matte black powder coating package. Stainless steel railings with black inserts and silicone seals complete the exterior.
