2026 Phoenix 819 ZXL

The 819 ZXL is a 19.67-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a single 200-horsepower Mercury engine. Built on Phoenix's proven platform, it balances performance with practicality, featuring a composite construction throughout and an adjustable 10-inch jack plate for shallow-water operation.

The boat centers on fishing capability and comfort. Dual independent livewell systems on port and starboard, LED livewell lights, and rod storage along the front deck and in the passenger seat support serious angling. Diamond-stitched seating includes two bike seats with hydraulic pro poles and a console storage box with cup holders. An 1100 GPH automatic bilge pump and LED courtesy lights round out the functional interior.

Standard equipment includes Lowrance Eagle 5 electronics mounted on the dual dash shroud and optional fiberglass stacked bow shroud, a Minn Kota Max 70 SC 24-volt trolling motor, and a 2-channel battery charger. The helm features hydraulic tilt steering with trim, a custom stitched steering wheel, and auxiliary power outlets. Hardware throughout is stainless steel—cleats, latches, and lid assists—with a black billet shifter panel adding refinement.

The included tandem torsion axle trailer features dual disc brakes, 14-inch Velocity wheels with a matching spare, redesigned step pads with diamond tread plating, and a self-latching actuator with forged swing tongue. The boat comes with a travel cover with anti-pooling support and offers your choice of tube or channel frame trailer construction.
