The Phoenix 921 Elite X is a 21.5-foot fiberglass bay boat built as a hybrid design that draws from the brand's speed-focused Pro XP series, the fishing-oriented PHX layout, and the elevated deck height of the 721 model. The bow area features an industry-leading design that accommodates large transducers flush-mounted or stacked, with an all-fiberglass bow insert option for forward-looking sonar technology on standalone units.

The boat is rigged with a single gasoline engine and an 8-foot beam. Electronics include a Garmin Force 50" trolling motor, Garmin 126sv bow and console unit, and a Sportsman 4x10 charger.
