2026 Phoenix 921 Elite X

The 2026 Phoenix 921 Elite X is a 21.5-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a single 250-horsepower Mercury engine. Its design combines the speed-focused architecture of Phoenix's Pro XP series with the tournament-ready layout of the PHX model and an elevated deck height. The bow features an industry-leading design that accommodates up to three stacked graphs, while the new E-style console delivers enhanced visibility and helm control.

The deck layout prioritizes efficiency and casting precision. The boat includes an EdgeForce performance seat base with integrated console storage, along with bike seats mounted on hydraulic poles. Fishing amenities are comprehensive: independent port and starboard livewell systems, a Phoenix culling system, rod storage on the front deck with buckles and rod ramps, and under-seat net storage. Comfort features include a padded front deck, quick-access cockpit drawer, and day box positioned forward of the driver's console.

Electronics and performance equipment come integrated throughout. A Lowrance HDS 9 Pro mounts flush in the bow, with a second HDS 9 Pro on a fiberglass dual-dash shroud at the console. Additional electronics include a Lowrance Active Image HD 2-in-1 transducer, NMEA harness, and Ethernet cable. A Minn Kota Fortrex 112 36-volt trolling motor with a 45-inch shaft is installed. Power management includes a 4×10 battery charger, and a 12-inch adjustable jack plate with hole shot capability supports performance tuning. Hydraulic tilt steering with trim at the helm, dual automatic 1100 GPH bilge pumps, and LED courtesy and compartment lighting round out the systems.

The boat comes with a tandem torsion-axle trailer equipped with dual disc brakes, 14-inch ELX wheels with a matching spare, and a Fulton F2 1600-pound jack and winch. The trailer features a GatorHyde finish, redesigned step pads with diamond tread, self-latching actuator with forged swing tongue, and surface-mount LED lights. A travel cover with anti-pooling support is included.
