The 2026 Phoenix 921 Elite X is a 21.5-foot fiberglass bay boat built for serious anglers. Powered by a single 250-hp Yamaha engine, it combines the speed and capability of a performance platform with a tournament-ready deck layout. The hull features an elevated design that sets it apart from the manufacturer's other models, with an industry-leading bow arrangement that accommodates up to three stacked depth finders. The new "E" Style console is built for visibility and control from the helm.
The deck is organized for precision and efficiency on the water. The bow includes a seamlessly recessed trolling motor bezel and padded front deck with dual independent livewells. Rod storage runs along both sides of the front deck, with additional rod storage in a passenger seat box complete with a rod ramp. A culling system, quick-access cockpit drawer, and day box provide organization for tackle and gear. Hydraulic steering with trim control and a 12-inch adjustable jack plate with hole shot assist handle rough water and shallow-water performance.
Comfort and control are addressed through EdgeForce Performance seating, including two bike seats with hydraulic poles, and a ProForm fiberglass seat base with integrated console storage. All compartments feature stainless steel slam latches for security. Dual automatic bilge pumps, LED courtesy and compartment lights, and independent systems for livewells and power outlets round out onboard functionality.
The boat comes with a tandem torsion axle trailer fitted with dual disc brakes, GatorHyde finish, and a Fulton F2 1600-pound jack and winch. Wheels are 14-inch ELX spec with a matching spare, and the trailer offers a choice of tube or channel frame construction.
