The Privilege Signature 580 is a 58-foot fiberglass catamaran powered by twin 220 hp Yanmar diesel engines with shaft drive propulsion. Built to excel in offshore and blue water conditions, the yacht features robust mechanical systems designed for accessibility and reliability while cruising. The shaft drive installation keeps engine and transmission components serviceable without hauling the boat.

The helm station offers commanding sightlines to the cockpit and upper fly deck, with an intelligent line management system that brings the main halyard, main sheet, genoa sheets, and single-line reefing controls to two electric winches positioned within easy reach. A standard electric furling system manages the genoa. The forward navigation station provides dedicated space for passage planning with a generous work surface.

Layout options accommodate different cruising priorities. One configuration includes a forward lounge accessible from both the salon and owner's suite. Alternatively, the foredeck can be configured for storage, eliminating the forward lounge area and direct interior access from that end of the boat.
