2026 Protector 310 Targa / EQUIPPED / V8 300 HP

The Protector 310 Targa is a 30-foot rigid inflatable powered by twin Mercury Verado V8 engines producing 300 horsepower each. Built with a hand-laid fiberglass hull and UV-resistant Hypalon tubes with seven individually sealed chambers, the boat combines durable construction with performance-focused design. The tubes feature Armour Guard chafe-resistant rub rails, grab handles at bow and stern, and a rescue line running the full length. This example carries navy blue tubes with black trim, tan Sandsurf upholstery, and Ultralon teak-pattern decking.

The cabin features increased headroom and interior space with an opening sunroof, flat tinted windscreen with integrated wipers, and side window sliders for airflow. The redesigned dash provides ample mounting area for large displays, and integrated handrails run both inside and outside the pilot house. Seating includes soft-rider captain's chairs at the helm, forward quarter seats to port and starboard, and a split aft bench with built-in storage. A full canvas package is included.

Systems and equipment reflect a well-specified offshore capability. An electric head with holding tank serves the single head, while dual bilge pumps—1000 GPH manual and 1100 GPH automatic—handle water management. The Lenco trim tab system features auto-retract, and a Maxwell auto-anchor system with digital controls handles ground tackle. A SP 40 SidePower bow thruster with joystick control adds maneuverability. Stainless steel hardware includes a forward Sampson post with handrails, rear tow post, and engine protection bars.

Electronics center on a Simrad suite: 16-inch NSS EVO3s multifunction display with GPS and sounder, Halo 24xdHD radar, and VHF with AIS. A Fusion Marine stereo system with six JL Audio speakers and Bluetooth provides audio. An upgraded Ritchie magnetic compass completes the navigation package. Fuel capacity includes pressure-tested tanks with longitudinal and transverse baffles, accessible from both port and starboard transom fueling stations. A custom twin-axle trailer is available.
