The 2026 Ranger RT188 is an 18-foot 10-inch aluminum runabout built around a practical, fishing-focused design. Powered by a single 115-horsepower Mercury Marine engine, it combines accessible performance with genuine utility. The all-welded aluminum hull is reinforced with foam flotation throughout, which provides both structural strength and sound dampening for quieter operation in shallow water.

The boat centers on a spacious front deck designed for stability and working room—wide enough that anglers won't be cramped or stepping over rods. The helm features a handmade fiberglass console that accommodates electronics up to 12 inches, with precision steering and rocker switches for straightforward control. The layout includes a recessed trolling motor foot pedal, an 8-foot 6-inch center rod and tackle locker, and two generous storage compartments flanking the center section.

Additional amenities include a large, aerated and divided livewell for bait and catch management. The boat can be equipped with optional Ranger Cup packages that add a pair of 9-inch fish finders and an upgraded trolling motor for enhanced capability.
