The 2026 Ranger RT188P is an 18-foot aluminum runabout built for both value and on-water performance. Powered by a 115 HP Mercury Pro-XS 4-stroke engine, it features a pad-bottom hull design that combines aluminum durability with fiberglass-like handling and stability across all RPM ranges. The boat comes equipped as a Cup model, which includes dual 9-inch fishfinders and an upgraded trolling motor.
The layout prioritizes functionality and storage. A handmade fiberglass console houses the electronics display, while premium marine-grade seating runs the length of the boat. The wide, solid platform spans bow to stern without steps that could snag fishing rods. Large storage boxes are fitted with gaskets and insulation beneath their lids to manage moisture. The offset transom is set up to accept dual Power-Poles with a jackplate for added versatility.
The hull features a strengthened keel and a flush-mounted fiberglass bow panel designed to integrate electronics cleanly. A custom-built trailer tailored to the hull dimensions is included with the boat.
