The 2026 Ranger RT198P is a 19.83-foot aluminum runabout built for serious fishing. Powered by a 150-horsepower Mercury Marine 4-stroke engine, it combines a pad-bottom hull design with integrated engine setback to deliver solid performance and handling. The boat features an all-welded, wood-free construction with closed-cell flotation foam throughout the hull for strength, durability, and reduced noise.
The layout prioritizes fishing capability with a spacious front casting deck designed to accommodate multiple anglers and provide stability. The wider hull design keeps more hull in the water when operating a trolling motor, reducing the effects of wind and wave action. A divided, timed, and aerated livewell is centered on the rear deck, with oversized storage boxes flanking either side. Storage throughout includes two rod boxes, an insulated cooler, and oversized center tackle storage—all fitted with locking latches, weather-proof gaskets, and insulation.
The console features handmade fiberglass construction with integrated class-leading 12-inch electronics capability. The RT198P Cup Equipped package includes a pair of 9-inch fishfinders and an upgraded trolling motor.
