The 2026 Ranger RT198P is a 19.8-foot aluminum runabout built around serious fishing capability. Its front casting deck provides substantial room and stability for multiple anglers, while the wider hull design keeps more of the boat planted in the water when operating the trolling motor, reducing wind and wave drift. The all-welded, wood-free construction uses closed-cell foam flotation throughout the hull for strength, sound dampening, and rigidity. A pad-bottom hull design enhances performance and handling across varied water conditions.

Storage is comprehensive for a boat this size. The layout includes two rod boxes, an insulated in-deck cooler, and an oversized center tackle storage—all fitted with locking latches, weather-proof gaskets, and insulation. Oversized rear storage boxes accommodate tackle trays, and a divided, timed, and aerated livewell sits at the rear deck's center. The fiberglass consoles are handcrafted and reinforced to support class-leading 12-inch electronics.
