2026 Custom Ultimate Panfish XL

The Ultimate Panfish XL is a 20-foot aluminum runabout built around a specific fishing philosophy: two anglers working side by side at the bow with forward-facing sonar. The boat carries a single 115 hp Yamaha SHO engine, delivering a top speed of 45 mph and a cruising speed of 38 mph, with enough range to cover expansive water.

The layout prioritizes dual-angler comfort and functionality. Two livewells provide 50 gallons of total capacity—a 20-gallon front unit and 30-gallon rear unit—while dual rod boxes each measure 9 feet 6 inches long. Four moveable Millennium seats mount across six base positions throughout the boat, allowing flexible reconfiguration. In-floor storage and two tackle centers with three Plano trays each complete the storage and organization scheme. Standard gauges include tachometer, fuel, and hour meters.

The boat is finished in Lunar Rock paint with CNC-cut Hydro Turf decking throughout, and comes on a tandem-axle aluminum trailer. Fuel capacity is 18 gallons.
