The Ranger Tugs R-25 is a 25-foot fiberglass trawler built for comfortable cruising and family time on the water. Powered by a Yamaha 250 hp outboard engine, the boat features a planing hull paired with the builder's Laminar Flow Interrupter technology for smooth handling and cornering. A standout design element is the extended swim platform with handrails that run aft past the motor, creating a clear, unobstructed walkway for boarding, fishing, dinghy access, and low-dock maneuvers without risk to the engine or motor mounts.
The main cabin combines the galley forward and the saloon aft. The galley is equipped with an electric and alcohol stove top, refrigerator and freezer combo, microwave, and sink with hot and cold water. The saloon dinette seats four and converts to a bed for two. A removable quarter berth serves as additional sleeping space or storage.
The forward stateroom offers a full bed, opening hatches for ventilation, reading lights, and a television with DVD player. A private, enclosed head with sink is located amidships. A Garmin 1242xsv chartplotter with GPS, transducer, and sonar is fitted for navigation and performance monitoring. The boat is easily trailerable, making it practical for owners seeking a compact, capable platform for extended cruising and water sports.
