The Ranger Tugs R-31 CB is a 34-foot fiberglass trawler designed for extended cruising while remaining trailerable. Powered by a single 320-horsepower Volvo diesel engine, it features the brand's signature pilothouse design with a retractable flybridge that folds down for trailering. The command bridge offers helm controls at both upper and lower stations, each equipped with Garmin chartplotters featuring xHD radar, sonar, AIS receiving, and autopilot with remote capability. Bow and stern thrusters with wireless remote controls aid close-quarters maneuvering.

The boat accommodates two staterooms: a forward island berth with en suite head and a midship berth with day head. The lower helm station connects directly to the side decks via a starboard door for convenient line handling. The galley includes a propane stove and oven with broiler, double basin sinks with pull-out faucet, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, and wine cooler.
