The 2026 Ranger Z520 is a 20-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a single 250 hp Mercury Marine engine. Built at Ranger's Flippin, Arkansas facility, the Z520 combines tournament-grade stability and handling with a hull design engineered for both shallow-water performance and open-water capability.

The boat features a padded front casting deck, insulated 40-quart cooler, and a pultruded fiberglass transom for durability. Bow access includes a Minn Kota Fortrex trolling motor with optional dual-mount positioning. Wiring is simplified through Ranger's Umbilical dedicated harness, while push-button solid-state switching and keyed ignition provide straightforward control. MercMonitor with SmartCraft gauges display engine data, and push-to-close latches on storage boxes eliminate tripping hazards.

Customization options include a selection of trolling motors, electronics packages, and color combinations to suit individual rigging preferences.
