2026 Ranger Z520R

The 2026 Ranger Z520R is a 20-foot bay boat built on a refined fiberglass hull design evolved from Ranger's Z Comanche series. Powered by a single 250-horsepower Mercury Marine engine, the boat delivers strong acceleration and top-end performance. The hull has been digitally optimized for improved hole shot and running characteristics.

The cockpit centers on an all-new console featuring dual graph capacity or a single 16-inch display, paired with Ranger's R.I.D.E. touchscreen system that provides integrated control over boat and engine functions. The driver's heated Cloud 9 air-ride seating adjusts on easy-slide rails, and fiberglass shellbacks match the cockpit floor color. A key fob with push-to-start ignition secures the boat and simplifies startup. A wireless phone charger sits in the console coin box, with standard lithium batteries housed in the battery box.

Deck and storage areas have been redesigned throughout. The front casting deck is padded, with a non-skid traction pad at the center lid. Larger storage boxes benefit from a reworked stringer system and One-Piece Feel Interloc construction. The Echelon Rod Storage System provides tri-level shelving that accommodates rods up to 9 feet. Compartment liners, push-to-close latches, and a pultruded fiberglass transom complete the build. A Minn Kota Quest trolling motor with 115-pound thrust comes standard, and an optional dual BBT electronics mount keeps displays secure and visible across varying conditions.
