2026 Ranger Z520R Cup-Equipped

The Ranger Z520R is a 20.9-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a single 250-horsepower Mercury Marine engine. It represents a redesigned hull based on the legendary Z Comanche "C" platform, engineered for quick hole shots and strong top-end performance. The boat sits on a revised stringer system using Ranger's One-Piece Feel Interloc™ construction, which increases storage capacity throughout.

The cockpit centers on an all-new console with the touchscreen Ranger R.I.D.E. system for integrated boat and engine control. It accommodates dual graphs or a single 16-inch display. Seating includes heated Cloud 9™ air-ride SRS driver seats on adjustable slides with color-matched fiberglass shells. Standard lithium batteries live in the battery box, and a wireless phone charger fits in the coin box. Push-to-start ignition with key fob operation provides convenient startup and security.

The Cup-Equipped package includes a Minn Kota® Quest trolling motor rated at 115 pounds of thrust, plus an optional dual BBT electronics mount for graph installation. Rod storage uses the Echelon system with tri-level shelving that holds rods up to 9 feet. The front casting deck features a padded surface with a non-skid traction pad on the center lid. Additional refinements include push-to-close compartment latches, color-matched cockpit flooring, compartment liner mats, and a redesigned boat cover.
