The Regulator 31 is a 31-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by three gasoline engines delivering 900 horsepower total. The twin Yamaha 450s are paired with a Seakeeper Ride system for enhanced stability and ride quality.

The boat centers on a spacious cockpit and oversized tackle center, designed to support serious fishing. Carbon fiber outriggers are available as an option. The layout prioritizes comfort and functionality for extended time on the water, with integrated features to manage heat and keep the operator and crew cool during use.
