2026 Regulator 31

The 2026 Regulator 31 is a 31-foot center console built for offshore fishing and performance cruising. Twin Yamaha XTO Offshore 450 four-stroke engines deliver 900 horsepower with Helm Master EX joystick control, integrated autopilot, and waypoint deceleration for precision handling. The boat features a Seakeeper 2 gyro stabilization system ready for installation, and a through-stem bow roller with anchor windlass and freshwater wash.

The hull is finished in Gulfstream Blue with matching T-top underside and white, charcoal, and white boot striping. Synthetic teak decking wraps the exterior, and a full white canvas cover is included. The console is outfitted with dual 16-inch Garmin GPSMAP 8616 XSV displays, GMR 424 xHD four-kilowatt open-array radar, Airmar wide-beam one-kilowatt CHIRP transducer, and VHF 215 AIS radio with dual eight-foot antennas. An Edson Elite carbon wheel with power knob and dual inductive wireless phone chargers round out the helm setup.

The fishing package includes GEMLUX bluewater outrigger bases with 22-foot Lee's Ultima carbon fiber outrigger poles and rigging management, T-top rocket launchers, a three-position deluxe mezzanine tackle center with aft-facing seating for two, and dual-flanking mezzanine rocket launchers. Two conventional transom rod holders are fitted, and a Phender Pro quick-release fender system with four cleats is installed. White upholstery with diamond-quilted stitching covers the mezzanine seating, which includes recessed footrests and cup holders. A single head is fitted below, along with bucket holders and two buckets.
