The Regulator 31 is a 31-foot offshore center console powered by twin Yamaha XF450NSA2 XTO engines producing 900 horsepower. Built on Regulator's deep-V offshore hull with fiberglass construction, the boat delivers the performance and seaworthiness demanded for serious offshore fishing and extended cruising. Key systems include Helm Master EX joystick control, Yamaha EX Autopilot with waypoint deceleration, and Seakeeper Ride stabilization. The boat is outfitted with Gemlux Bluewater outrigger bases and Lee's Ultima 22-foot carbon fiber outriggers, dual pressurized transom livewells, electric reel hookups, and a through-stem bow roller with anchor windlass.

The deck layout provides ample space for fishing operations, with insulated fishboxes, in-deck illuminated storage, locking rod storage, and a self-cleaning, self-flushing raw water sea chest. The spacious cabin includes a berth, head with shower, and galley. Forward seating is wraparound, with a convertible pedestal table and fiberglass sun bed. Diamond-quilted upholstery and a premium entertainment upgrade package with a Fusion audio system, ten backlit speakers, subwoofer, amplifiers, and integrated Wi-Fi round out the accommodations.

The boat features a matched-color hull treatment throughout, including T-top sides and underside, with a rocket launcher mounted above. Additional equipment includes freshwater washdown systems, an integrated swim platform with telescoping ladder, a boarding door, and a Phender Pro fender system with quick-release cleats. Electronic controls include a wireless key fob and inductive cell phone chargers in the console.
