The 2026 Regulator 31 is a center console fishing boat built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Yamaha 4-stroke engines delivering 900 horsepower combined. The boat features a large open cockpit and an oversized tackle center positioned to support serious fishing operations. A Seakeeper gyroscopic stabilization system is installed to manage motion and improve comfort underway. Carbon fiber outriggers are available as an optional addition for trolling applications.
