2026 Saffier SE 28 Leopard

The Saffier SE 28 Leopard is a 30-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built for versatility across daysailing, racing, and weekend cruising. The design balances performance with comfort, allowing single-handed operation while delivering the speed and handling needed for competitive sailing. A 15 hp Yanmar diesel engine with saildrive and folding propeller provides auxiliary power, and the boat cruises at 7 knots under power.

The rig is fully specified in carbon: mast, boom, spreaders, and bowsprit, with ROD rigging and Dyneema halyards. Sails include a North Sails 3Di Endurance main and self-tacking jib, a code zero with furler, and a lazy bag with lazy jacks. Deck equipment features two SELDEN rewind winches on the bowsprit, integrated swim ladder at the stern, ultra-low-profile hatch, and a Cabrio windscreen. The hull is finished in light grey, with matching deck and cockpit; water and cove line trim in orange; and cushioned seating throughout in Delft blue.

The single cabin provides sleeping berths and is supported by one head with manual pump and holding tank, privacy blind, and a galley with top-loading refrigeration. A 140-amp service battery with charger and 110v shore power connection support onboard systems. An anchor with 30 meters of line is included.

Navigation and autopilot systems include a B&G Nemesis instrumental display with mast mount, B&G Direct Drive autopilot with Triton 2 display, B&G Vulcan 9 chartplotter, and B&G V100 VHF with Class B AIS receiver and transmitter. The hull has been treated with Interlux antifouling, and Esthec decking in champagne with white caulking covers the deck.
