The 272 CC is a 27-foot center console built on Sailfish's sixth-generation VDS hull, delivering smooth, powerful performance paired with substantial fishing capability. Twin Mercury 200 V6 engines power the boat, while the hull and deck incorporate carbon fiber and Kevlar reinforcement for durability and strength. The design balances serious fishing functionality with family-friendly comfort and space.

The cockpit layout centers on a leaning post with integrated 35-gallon livewell, sink, and power-activated captain's chair, flanked by twin insulated bow fish boxes and a 30-gallon transom baitwell, both fitted with LED lighting and overboard drains. Rod storage is recessed on the starboard side, and the forward helm seat doubles as a 55-quart cooler. An aft fold-away bench seat with self-rising backrest provides additional seating, while cockpit toe rails offer secure footing. Storage includes a lockable walk-in console, tackle organizer with dual USB charging, and battery storage in the head compartment.

Standard equipment encompasses full digital instrumentation, NMEA 2000 compliance, digital and hydraulic steering with power-assist wheels, and a 6-channel amplifier.
