The 2026 Sailfish 316 DC is a 30.5-foot dual console built on Sailfish's Variable Degree Stepped hull design, which features three running surfaces for a smooth and stable ride across varying water conditions. Powered by twin Yamaha 350 outboards with joystick control, the boat reaches approximately 51 mph and planes in 4.5 seconds. The hull employs Sailtech Construction with a precision-built stringer system, hand-laid foam injection, and fiberglass wrap for structural durability.

The layout combines fishing capability with family-friendly accommodations. The bow features twin Cleopatra couches, while the cockpit includes convertible seating for up to 12 people. Fishing equipment consists of a 30-gallon transom circulating baitwell with LED lighting, dual in-floor fish boxes, six transom rod holders, two gunwale rod holders, and six rocket launchers mounted on the hardtop. An electric marine head with a 10-gallon holding tank and overboard discharge is standard, along with a portside dive door for swimmer access.
