2026 Scout 261 XSS

The 2026 Scout 261 XSS is a 26-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a single 350 hp Yamaha engine. Designed as an inshore/offshore crossover, it combines aggressive styling with serious fishing capability. The boat features generous casting decks fore and aft, port and starboard aerated baitwells, extensive rod storage, and a console coffin box.

Standard equipment includes an integrated exposed carbon fiber T-top with fully enclosed windshields, Fusion Bluetooth stereo with six JL Audio speakers, a pocket transom ladder, and built-in synthetic decking steps. The boat is hand-laid in fiberglass construction with carbon fiber and epoxy used on select components, delivering a strong strength-to-weight ratio and fuel-efficient hull design.

The leaning post can be upgraded from the standard model to a fiberglass aerated livewell option with dual helm seats featuring flip-up bolsters, trash storage, tackle storage, bottle opener, and rod holders alongside a Corian countertop. Optional equipment includes underwater lighting, hardtop-mounted rocket launchers, raw and fresh water washdown systems, outrigger, Power-Pole, trolling motor provisions, and a porta-potti.
