The 2026 Scout 288 LXF is a 28-foot 9-inch center console built on a hand-laid fiberglass hull using Scout's carbon fiber and epoxy infusion process. The design delivers a 21-degree deadrise with an approximate draft of 24 inches, rated for dual Mercury 300XL Verado V8 engines totaling 600 horsepower. An integrated carbon fiber T-top with fully enclosed windshields and spreader lights anchors the profile, while power steering, Zipwake trim tabs, and a sleek hull shape support confident handling and fuel efficiency.

The boat accommodates fishing and entertaining with multiple seating arrangements. A fiberglass leaning post features a bait prep station, tackle drawers, and dual helm seats with folding bolsters, alongside a 45-quart YETI cooler. A forward lounge with backrests and storage, an integrated stern seat, and forward seating with backrests round out the layout. A private enclosed head includes a porcelain toilet, vanity sink, and skylight.
