The 2026 Scout 288 LXF is a 28.75-foot center console sportfish built on Scout's carbon epoxy-infused fiberglass hull, designed for offshore fishing and extended cruising. The hull construction emphasizes strength and efficiency while delivering a refined ride across variable water conditions.

This model comes equipped with dual Mercury 300XL Verado V8 engines paired with Joystick steering and Sky Hook technology, which includes electric steering, autopilot, and active trim. Navigation and fish-finding electronics feature a Garmin 9224 display with a standard GT12M transducer, plus a Garmin VHF 315 radio.
