The Scout 400 LXF Li-Ion is a 40-foot center console built on a composite hull with carbon fiber and epoxy-infused construction. Twin Mercury outboards power the boat, with triple and quad configurations also available. A lithium-ion battery management system supports the electrical architecture, complemented by a 50-amp shore power connection.
The hardtop features a powder-coated finish with curved glass enclosure and includes a sliding sunroof hatch for access. The helm area holds three captain's seats and is equipped with dual 16-inch Garmin screens, digital switching, and heated seats. A forward console lounger and aft-facing lounge provide additional seating, while a port-side beach door allows easy water access. One head is included in the layout.
Climate control is provided through cabin air conditioning. The boat is outfitted with a ZipWake trim control system, SeaKeep 3 and 4.5 stabilizer systems for ride quality, a Fusion and JL Audio stereo package, and full digital switching for integrated systems management.
