The 2026 Sea-Doo GTI SE 170 is a three-person jet boat built on a Polytec hull and powered by a naturally aspirated 1,630cc ROTAX engine producing 170 horsepower. At just under 11 feet long and just over 4 feet wide, it combines compact dimensions with practical capacity: it holds 18.5 gallons of fuel, accommodates up to 600 pounds total, and weighs 741 pounds dry. The boat runs on regular 87-octane gasoline and features an electronic reverse system and intelligent throttle control with multiple riding modes including Eco, Sport, and Speed Regulator.
The GTI SE is equipped for comfort and convenience with a two-piece touring seat featuring an Ergolock design, seat straps, and footwell carpets. Storage includes a large front bin, a watertight phone compartment, and a separate glove box. A wide swim platform sits at the stern. Wide-angle mirrors, handle grips with palm rests, and a tow hook round out the riding setup.
Standard features include a LinQ attachment system for customization, a 4.5-inch digital display gauge showing speed, RPM, clock, fuel autonomy, and hours, and RF D.E.S.S. key operation. The engine uses a closed-loop cooling system and a D-Sea-Be muffler. An optional sound system adds five pounds to the dry weight. BRP's limited warranty covers the watercraft for one year from purchase.
