2026 Sea Fox 228 Commander

The 2026 Sea Fox 228 Commander is a 22-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single Yamaha 200 hp engine with digital electric steering and controls. The boat combines fishing capability with practical cruising features in a compact, maneuverable package.

The helm integrates a Garmin 1243XSV touchscreen with thru-hull transducer, Yamaha digital gauges displaying tachometer, speedometer, voltage, fuel level, and fuel management data, and a Fusion Apollo marine stereo with six speakers. A top-mount Ritchie compass sits atop the console, and steering is managed through a stainless steel wheel with turning knob. The hard top and full enclosure provide weather protection, while courtesy lighting illuminates the console area.

The boat features a leaning post with backrest and independent bolsters, an aft bench seat with removable cushions, and marine-grade soft mat decking throughout. A stainless steel boarding ladder extends from the transom. An aquarium-style pressurized livewell with a window holds 30 gallons and runs an 800 GPH aerator. Lenco trim tabs aid handling and efficiency, while fresh water and raw water washdown systems support fishing and deck maintenance. A dip net with integrated storage and battery switch complete the utility setup.
