2026 Sea Hunt Ultra 255 SE

The 2026 Sea Hunt Ultra 255 SE is a 25-foot center-console powered by a single Yamaha F350XSA2 350 hp outboard. Built on a fiberglass deep-V hull with 18/24/55 degree deadrise, it combines acceleration and fuel efficiency with smooth, dry handling in rough water. Under test conditions, the boat reached plane in 4.58 seconds, hit 30 mph in 7.15 seconds, and topped out at 52.8 mph. At cruising speed of 3500 rpm, it achieves 27.9 mph at 8.3 gallons per hour.

The boat features a mezzanine leaning post with flip-up cockpit seating and integrated 60 qt cooler, plus an aft 40 qt insulated box and over 484 qt of total storage across in-floor and bow compartments. A 19 gallon freshwater system and 10 gallon livewell support extended time on the water. The fiberglass T-Top includes a mister system and dual side-entry doors, with powder-coat detailing in matte black.

Standard equipment includes Yamaha electric steering with tilt helm, Bennett trim tabs with indicators, and a Saltwater Series II stainless-steel prop. Electronics comprise a Yamaha CL5 touchscreen paired with Garmin GPSMAP 1243xsv, VHF radio, JL Audio waterproof stereo with Bluetooth and wireless phone charger, and NMEA 2000 networking.
