2026 Sea Hunt Ultra 285 Coffin Box

The 2026 Sea Hunt Ultra 285 Coffin Box is a 28-foot center console built on a fiberglass deep-V hull with 21/23/60-degree deadrise. Twin Yamaha F300XSB2 outboards deliver 600 horsepower total, paired with Saltwater Series II stainless-steel props. The boat draws 21 inches and carries 180 gallons of fuel. It comes finished in Glacier Green with a tan interior.

The layout centers on an open cockpit with an ultra entertainment leaning post featuring flip-up seating and a 60-quart cooler integrated below. Storage includes a coffin box with 320-quart capacity and side fish boxes holding 200 quarts each. A fiberglass T-top with mister system spans the helm area, which features a side-entry ladder, Yamaha electric steering with tilt helm, and Bennett trim tabs with indicators. Fresh water and pumped holding tank systems are installed.

Electronics include dual 16-inch Garmin GPSMAP 8616xsv displays with autopilot and VHF, a Yamaha CL5 touchscreen, and a JL Audio waterproof stereo with Bluetooth and wireless phone charger. Additional features include a recirculating livewell, bow backrest and bolsters, cockpit bolsters, a china toilet with holding tank, windlass with bow roller, underwater lights, and diamond stitch upholstery upgrades.
