The 2026 Sea Ray SDX 250 Surf is a 25-foot fiberglass ski and wake boat built for family water sports. It is powered by a single 350 hp MerCruiser engine with a forward-facing Bravo Four S drive and contra-rotating props. The boat features Sea Ray's NextWave™ surf system, which generates repeatable waves for wakesurfing. SmartCraft technology and digital throttle and shift enhance maneuverability and low-speed handling.

The layout emphasizes open space and adaptable seating. The bow features a spacious sunpad, and the helm and companion seats have convertible backrests that transform into aft-facing loungers. A three-position transom seat transitions from hard-back to aft-facing configuration.
