2026 Sea Ray SLX 280

The 2026 Sea Ray SLX 280 is a 28-foot sport cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single 430-horsepower Mercury gasoline engine. The boat combines open-water performance with refined cockpit design, featuring a helm equipped with dual 9-inch Simrad touchscreen displays, SmartCraft technology, Digital Throttle and Shift controls, and CZone digital switching. Fusion audio is integrated into the control layout, and an inductive charging station can be positioned near the helm.

The layout centers on a spacious cockpit with deep ergonomic seating and integrated storage. A U-shaped bow area provides additional seating, while a broad swim platform facilitates water access. A transom sunpad with integrated cooler and a transom locker serve practical storage needs. The boat includes one head and accommodates day cruising and entertaining.

Optional upgrades enhance comfort and capability: a submersible swim platform step, bow anchor bundle with windlass, manual bow sunshade, Bimini top, and a power tower with electrically operated canvas top and extendable sunshade. LED courtesy lighting is standard; RGB-W color-changing lighting and a projection light system are available as part of optional bundles.
