The 2026 Sea Ray SLX 280 is a 28-foot fiberglass bowrider built for social entertaining and open-water performance. It's powered by a single 350 hp MerCruiser engine paired with a Bravo Three X drive featuring twin counter-rotating propellers for responsive handling and maneuverability. The boat is equipped with Dynamic Running Surface technology that automatically optimizes trim and attitude for stability and fuel efficiency, along with Quiet Ride acoustic insulation to reduce noise at cruising speeds.

The expanded cockpit centers on a deep U-shaped bow with ergonomic seating and foldable armrests, designed to maximize passenger comfort and security. The layout includes a private head compartment with sink and VacuFlush system, integrated 12V refrigeration, and a fold-down submersible swim step for water access.
