2026 Sea Ray SLX 400 Outboard

The 2026 Sea Ray SLX 400 Outboard is a 40-foot fiberglass sports cruiser powered by three Mercury outboard engines totaling 1,275 horsepower. Built on an Innovation Award-winning design, this boat combines a modern helm setup with practical entertaining spaces and innovative engineering throughout.

The cockpit features a well-appointed wet bar with refrigerator and sink, along with available dual grills. A fold-down swim terrace extends the entertainment area directly to the water's edge. The cabin provides comfortable enclosed space, while generous bow and cockpit seating accommodates groups. Dual Simrad touchscreen displays (standard 16 inches) at the helm provide navigation, chartplotting, depth-finding, and fishfinder functions, with Mercury VesselView Link integration. Joystick piloting offers intuitive maneuvering control.

The boat incorporates Quiet Ride Technology, a hull design that reduces noise and vibration while improving fuel efficiency. Fathom e-Power replaces a traditional generator with a Mastervolt lithium-ion battery system capable of powering accessories for approximately eight hours without recharging. Connected technology through the Sea Ray+ app enables remote monitoring of location, engine data, alerts, and battery status for boats on shore power.

The helm station includes a single head. Optional upgrades allow for larger Simrad displays up to 12 inches.
